Inside our Home Solutions services are

  • Proactive Support: This is the most required support on our Home Services and is based on the proactive maintenance through a constant software and hardware check. Our Support Agents work with 1, 2 or 3 remote access to your PC’s or Laptops (doesn’t matter the brand of it) per month and we took care of perform test activities and correct any failures points, bad configurations, delete viruses and system optimization. After each proactive support session you’ll receive a detailed report of the work made and special recommendations if needed. The contracts for this service can be made Bi-Yearly or Yearly.
  • On-Demand Support: The client receive a package with a number of limited support sessions. This kind of support is to solve an identified problem or to be
  • assisted by our support agents on the use of an specified tool. In the case of an on-site support is needed because the problem can’t be resolved remotely we’ll take care of it adding the charges needed to perform the on-site activity. The contracts for this service can be made Bi-Yearly or Yearly.
